Oregano Essential Oil

Treatments

To treat skin fungus

Mix 0.5 oz of Fractionated Coconut Oil with 5 drops of Oregano.

For candida fungus, urinary and vaginal infection: Prepare a sitz bath. Mix 4 drops of Oregano in 1 tablespoon of Chamomile Gel and dilute in 1 gallon of warm water.

To treat nail fungus

Dilute 1 drop of Oregano in 1 drop of Fractionated Coconut Oil.

For throat infection

Dilute 1 drop of Oregano in 1/2 cup of water. Gargle. Note: do not swallow.

Disinfectant spray

In a spray bottle mix 15 drops of Oregano with 8 oz of water and 2 tablespoons of alcohol. For more freshness add essential oil of Lemon, Mint or Lemongrass.

·       It should always be diluted for topical use.

·       May irritate if used on sensitive skin
