We do same-day shipping on all orders placed from Monday - Friday before 3pm (Central Standard Time).
If you placed your order after 3pm (CST) it's ok! We will ship your order the next business day.
Shipping Schedule:
We pack and ship all orders Monday through Friday .
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

30 Days for Returns
Did you not like the product you received? No problem! We have a period of 30 days to make returns. Simply send the product back to us, and when we receive it, we will refund the original payment method.
¿What if I receive a faulty product?
No worries! If you received a faulty product, please call us at (832) 834-7493 or write us an email to cs@natureance.com and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.
¿Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping. Once we have received the product, we will make the refund.

Close product lids tightly and pack securely.
Include your order receipt inside the box.
