When does my product ship?
We ship most orders the same day or within one business day the moment when they were placed. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and weather conditions.

What is your return policy?
We’re so sorry something didn’t work out in your order. We offer a no-hassle, 30-day return policy for unused, unopened products, or in very slightly used condition. Please keep in mind that we do not refund original shipping charges. Are your essential oils 100% natural?
Our entire line of singles essential oils is 100% pure, natural, and therapeutic-grade. That means there are no added substances inside the bottle.
What does “therapeutic-grade” essential oil mean?
Therapeutic-grade is a term popularly used in the industry to suggest that an essential oil could offer more than just a pleasant aroma. Although this term is not regulated by governmental entities in the United States, a pure, 100% natural essential oil can potentially offer medicinal benefits that come straight from its source.

Should I dilute your essential oils?
Yes, it’s always best to dilute any essential oils with a carrier oil to prevent any skin sensitivity. Check out our Fractionated Coconut Carrier Oil for more!
Can I take your essential oils internally?
No, essential oils should not be taken internally. Due to the high purity and concentration of our essential oils, we only recommend that you use them topically.
Does my essential oil expire?
Great question! The expiration of essential oils will vary depending on the type of oil and the way you store it. Most essential oils will last 1 to 3 years once opened. However, there’s more to this question, so let’s get into it! Since essential oils are a natural product, their expiration date will depend heavily on the way you take care of them. Put simply, instead of expiring, or “going bad”, they change over time due to oxidation and storage conditions. So, make sure you’re taking good care of your oils and storing them properly.
How to safely store my essential oil?
A good general rule is to store them in a cool, dark place, ensuring that they are well sealed, with the caps tightly closed after each use to prevent oxidation. Avoid heat or direct sunlight near the bottle and make sure to keep them out of reach of children.
Are essential oils safe for kids?
Due to the high potency of our essential oils, Natureance always recommends that you consult your healthcare provider or physician before using any essential oils on children. When you ask your doctor, it is important to keep in mind topics like dilution, age appropriateness, and application methods to ensure safety for the little ones.

All of our body care products (creams, scrubs, gels, sprays, etc.) come from FDA registered facilities in the United States, ensuring the highest quality of products and standard procedures.

What’s the expiration date of my body care product?
All of our body care products have a shelf-life of 12-18 months after opening. You can check out the POA (period after opening) symbol in the label as an open jar with the number of months (M) inside it for your reference.
How should I store my body care product?

We take reusing materials very seriously at Natureance. Over 90% of the boxes used in orders for pickup in store are reused. Our shipping supplies, like biodegradable peanuts and reused or light, eco-friendly boxes support local Texas-based and other U.S.-based businesses.
